Overall in our data: 2.2%. Replies are not interest: about 4 in 10 replies were a polite acknowledgment.

What to look at first: Not enough data yet to say what to fix first.

How these were counted, and what they do not show: acceptance-rate benchmarks and reply-rate benchmarks. To turn these rates into meetings and pipeline, use the outreach ROI calculator.

    Frequently asked questions

Where do the comparison numbers come from?

From real outreach sent through FollowArc: 25,879 connection requests and 5,685 first messages across 22 accounts, counted only after people had at least 7 days to answer. Both write-ups state exactly how each number was counted, and what the data cannot tell you.

Why does it compare me with accounts rather than with one average?

The honest question is how your account compares with other accounts. The spread between accounts is large, so one average hides where you actually stand. The tool uses the lower quarter, the median and the upper quarter of accounts.

Why does it refuse to judge small numbers?

A rate from a few dozen people is mostly luck. Under 50 people in a stage the tool shows your rate but will not say whether it is good or bad. Measure again when you have more.

Does the tool store what I enter?

No. It runs in your browser and nothing is sent or saved.

Is this a promise of results?

No. These are accounts run through one platform, many of them agencies with defined target lists. Your audience and offer matter more than any average.
