follow up with every LinkedIn connection automatically
Follow up with every LinkedIn connection automatically
FollowArc sends a follow-up message to each person who accepts your LinkedIn request, on a schedule you set, and stops the moment they reply.
Most connections never get a second touch
Sending a request is the easy part. The follow-up after someone accepts is the part that gets forgotten when work gets busy. FollowArc keeps a schedule for every person you invite, so each acceptance leads to a message instead of a silent new connection.
Messages wait for the acceptance
A message step is only sent once the person is a confirmed connection, so nobody gets a message before they accept. When someone accepts, their first message is moved up to go out shortly afterward, typically within 20 to 90 minutes and never instantly, because replying seconds after an acceptance looks automated.
A sequence that spaces itself out
The default sequence is a connection request followed by up to four short messages across about two weeks, written in your saved voice. You can edit every step, change the gaps, and mix in profile views and follows that are not messages. Spacing the touches keeps you in view without crowding the inbox.
Stops when they answer
Once a person replies, their remaining scheduled steps are held back, and the reply lands in the AI inbox ranked by intent with a drafted answer. Sends still pass the daily cap, send window and suppression checks, and you can keep approval on so you read each message first.
Frequently asked questions
Does FollowArc message people before they accept my request?
No. LinkedIn message steps wait until the person is a confirmed connection. Only the connection request goes out first.
How many follow-up messages does it send?
The default is a connection request plus up to four messages over about two weeks. You can shorten it, lengthen it or edit any message. We suggest keeping it to a few messages so it does not become spam.
What if someone replies partway through?
Further scheduled steps for that person are held back and the reply goes to your inbox with a drafted response for you to approve.
Does this work with email too?
Yes. You can add email steps to the same sequence. Email replies are never sent automatically and are left as drafts for you to review.
