Quick answer: For one LinkedIn user, the entry prices below run from about €19 to $109 a month, depending on the plan and on whether you pay monthly or annually. Prices rise quickly once you add email, more accounts or agency features, and several tools charge per seat. Below are the published prices as each vendor listed them on 16 October 2026, and what to check before you compare them.
How to read this table
Pricing pages change, and some show different numbers depending on a monthly, quarterly or yearly toggle. Everything here was read from the vendor's own pricing page on 16 October 2026. Where we could not confirm a number, we say so instead of guessing. Check the linked page before you buy.

What the headline price leaves out
The numbers above are not like for like. Four things change what you actually pay.
1. Per seat versus per account. Most tools charge per user. LinkedIn automation is limited per LinkedIn account, so a team that wants several accounts running pays per seat either way. FollowArc charges per connected LinkedIn account on a falling scale, so the sixteenth account costs $79 and does not reprice the first fifteen.
2. Whether email is included. Dripify's plans are built around LinkedIn. Lemlist's Multichannel plan and FollowArc include email in the same sequences. If you plan to run LinkedIn and email together, a LinkedIn-only tool plus a separate email tool usually costs more than either number suggests.
3. Credits and limits. Several plans cap monthly invitations or enrichment credits (for example Waalaxy lists 300 invitations a month on Pro). A low price with a low cap can cost more per meeting booked than a higher price without one.
4. What happens to replies. Sending is the easy part. The time cost is reading and answering replies. FollowArc ranks every reply and drafts an answer in your voice for you to approve. How much of that other tools include varies, so check whether a unified inbox and reply drafting are part of the plan you are pricing.
When the cheaper tool is the right call
Be honest about your situation:
- One account, LinkedIn only, you will write your own replies. A LinkedIn-only tool such as Dripify ($79 to $99 a month, or $59 to $79 billed annually) is cheaper than FollowArc ($149 a month, or $124 billed annually). If that is you, buy the cheaper tool.
- An agency running many client accounts. Look hard at the agency plans. HeyReach's flat-fee agency plans and Expandi's agency tier are designed for this.
- LinkedIn plus email, and you want replies handled. This is where an all-in-one price can come out ahead, because you are replacing two or three subscriptions and the time spent on replies.
What to ask before you buy any of them
- Is the price per user or per LinkedIn account, and what does a second account cost?
- Is the quoted price monthly or the discounted annual rate?
- Is email included, and are sends metered?
- What are the daily or monthly invitation limits, and are they adjustable?
- Does the free trial need a card, and what happens on day 7?
- What does the tool do when LinkedIn refuses a send? See our guide to the LinkedIn weekly invite limit and how to automate outreach without getting restricted.
