Sub-processors

TJR Universe LLC, doing business as FollowArc, uses the following categories of service provider ("sub-processors") to deliver the service. Each processes customer data only on our instructions and is bound by written confidentiality and security obligations that are no less protective than those in our Data Processing Addendum.

Named list and changes
Customers with a Data Processing Addendum can request the named list of sub-processors at any time. We update this page before we add a category or replace a provider that handles customer data, and we give customers who have a Data Processing Addendum advance notice by email so they can raise an objection.
